A charming fragile blonde, the host of the “Morning of Russia” program is also a successful restaurateur. How does she manage to keep herself in such perfect shape? Elena Nikolaeva shared with Wday.ru her signature recipes for delicious dishes that help maintain a figure.

I like to eat. Here you can put an end, but you have to continue: I love eating so that there is a feeling of lightness after. The benefits and sensations of flight. I use seasonal products. I cook in a good mood. I try to diversify food with different bright colors of products. And I eat until 18:00. Strictly according to the time zone in which I am.

1. Greens with halloumi

For breakfast, it would be nice to fry halloumi (this is such a cheese) until light golden brown. I put them on a pillow of greenery, torn solely by my hands – spinach, arugula, chard. Sprinkle lightly with soy sauce – choose the green lid: it’s sugar-free and almost salt-free. There can be a lot of greenery. She does not “weigh” anything in calories, and there is a feeling that you eat a lot too. The body is deceived by your actions, devices and, in general, the time spent absorbing food.

2. Poached egg on the “pillow”

Another option that will be lighter in calories than greens with halloumi: place a poached egg on the same green pillow. Or even two. Everything is simple with them: do not listen to those who write to you about a saucepan in which you need to create a funnel, in the center of which you place an egg and twirl it all. You are not looking for the death of Koshchei. Just boil water in a saucepan 8 fingers high and salt generously to keep the egg from scattering all over the water. Break the egg into a small container or any cooking utensil that resembles a ladle.

Meanwhile, the water boiled. Reduce heat / heat, and scoop the egg, using a ladle or spoon, against the wall. “Knock” it into one piece. While you wash the ladle or egg bowl, the poached egg is ready. Take out with a spoon with holes – this will happen without water.

Everything, place it on a pillow of grass, serve hot, pepper already on the table. Scattered over the greenery, such an egg will be an excellent dressing at the same time.

3. Seasonal salad

My main belief is to cook with seasonal ingredients. This is the most useful and necessary for the body.

There are times and moods when I dice boiled beets, add diced Serbian feta cheese, add figs. Out of figs – add the king persimmon, cut into small cubes. Or limit yourself to Swiss chard. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts or walnuts. But it will add kilocalories.

4. Pumpkin masterpieces

It’s pumpkin time. Use it in different forms – it can be a creamy soup made with coconut or almond milk. Sprinkle it with pumpkin seeds.

To do this, cut the pumpkin into large cubes – four times larger than you planed Olivier. Lightly water or crumble honey – it doesn’t matter what year you have it – liquid or sugared. We cut cucumbers, tomatoes, fill with low-fat kefir (no matter what good they say that you need at least 2,5%, it doesn’t work for me. I only have 0-1%. Generously add cayenne pepper and soy sauce.

A bonus from me is a life hack: when it is raining, melancholy, lack of energy and you want “something sweet” – grab a dry fig. I love to eat a couple, savoring and accompanying with a coffee. Figs are always with me. Largely because of my love of food, I have with me not a tiny bag that can hold a flat comb and a phone, but a whole backpack. The Chanel brand hardly suspected this use.

PS I deliberately did not use avocados in my recommendations. Got this king product. This fruit (the avocado was called “alligator pear” – in honor of the shape, color and rough structure of the peel) is everywhere. Eat it to your health, but remember that it is very fatty and “loving” – in the sense that one person can only have one half a day.
