The story is that in 1920 Dmitry Romanov introduced Coco to the perfumer Ernest Bo, who worked for the Romanov family for a long time. It was he who was able to offer Mrs. Chanel several samples of perfume compositions. Coco chose one, which consisted of more than 80 different ingredients, complex and unusual – just the way she wanted it.

The cream, familiar to everyone almost from birth, in a blue jar Nivea appeared on the market in 1911. It was a real sensation, because until then there was not a single moisturizer. It contained panthenol, glycerin and eurecite. In fact, the cream has hardly changed in its properties and is popular even now.
