Indeed, the issue of proper nutrition can be approached based on different criteria. Someone trusts the experience of famous people and prefers stellar diets. Someone is guided by blood type or favorite foods. But astrologers advise to rely on knowledge about your zodiac sign – its problems, nutritional characteristics and temperament. 

Libra, if burning with some idea, is unusually efficient. And they often light up with ideas. Outwardly, these are energetic and strong people, but in reality, the resistance to diseases in representatives of this zodiac sign is not great. And in order to avoid various diseases for Libra, like no other sign, it is extremely important to take good care of your health, and this is impossible without proper nutrition. After all, Libra usually cannot boast of good health. Taking care of yourself is extremely important to them.

The most destructive food for a Libra is pickles and marinades. Milk is not very suitable for Libra and acids, vinegars, citrus fruits are harmful. Alcohol is very harmful, with which the Libra’s body copes poorly.

Also, representatives of this sign often have diseases of the spine and joints, and with an improper lifestyle, the nervous system can also suffer.

What is Libra

A diet high in fiber and protein is suitable for Libra. The diet can include yogurt, brown rice, fish, apples, spinach, grapes, asparagus, almonds, and strawberries. It is advisable to exclude heavy meat food, from meat it is preferable to veal, chicken.

Meals should be beautifully presented and food is welcome in a pleasant environment that suits Libra’s spiritual and intellectual tastes.

The diet requires foods containing vitamins A and E, which Libra needs for immunity and strengthening blood vessels. Natural sources of vitamin E are sprouted cereals, malt, alfalfa, vegetable oil.

To improve blood, Libra needs copper (cucumbers, sea clams such as mussels, radishes, lettuce, beets, black currants, strawberries, cranberries, quinoa)

From vegetables, salads, carrots, beets, radishes, asparagus, zucchini, pumpkin are useful. Plus, you need to diversify the menu with fruits, especially peaches, grapes, pears and apples.
