    Step 1:

Make the 6 wings of your mill by first cutting 3 7 × 7 cm squares from each of your colored sheets.

  • /

    Step 2:

Fold each of the squares along their diagonal and fold off the two opposite sides.

Turn your sheet over and fold the sides once again along the diagonal after unfolding their upper part.

  • /

    Step 3:

Cut out two circles of about 3,5 cm in diameter that you can trace with a compass.

Place the tips of each of your wings on one of the circles following the marks drawn opposite and glue them.

Superimpose and then glue the second circle on the points.

    Step 4:

Stick one end of your wooden stick into the cork.

Tip: you can also paint or color your cap.

  • /

    Step 5:

Thread a first bead in your pin that you will then prick in the center of your circles. Thread a second bead. Plant it all at the top of the cork. Don’t hesitate to ask Mum or Dad for help. That’s it, the wings of your mill are ready to turn! All you have to do is take it outside to admire its movements in the sandstone of the wind …
