You will need:

Beat the whites into a foam, a mixer will help with this. Add to the finished mixture and mix gently. Put everything in a greased baking dish and bake in an oven preheated to 170–180 ° C. The casserole will be ready in 45-50 minutes.

You will need:

– 1 kilogram of white cabbage; – 150 grams of onions; – 4 chicken eggs; – 120 grams of olive oil; – 200 grams of hard cheese; – 150 grams of heavy cream; – 80 grams of semolina; – cinnamon, nutmeg, salt to taste.

Cut the cabbage leaves into thinner, long strips. Simmer them lightly with olive oil, or boil until half cooked in a small amount of slightly salted water. Throw in a colander, let excess moisture drain.
