As a vegetable oil, it is better to use sunflower oil or, better, olive cold-pressed, unrefined (just stock up on a hood, because when using such oil in frying, the smell is difficult to disappear).

It is advisable to buy bread exclusively yeast-free, it does not matter whether your goal is to lose weight or not. Yeast contributes to the development of opportunistic flora, they can cause the development of fungi, in particular candida. Also, the development of opportunistic flora suppresses our immunity.

It is better to drink water, compote and other liquids about half an hour after eating, as this dilutes the gastric juice (reduces its concentration) and impairs digestion.
