Weight loss diary of the participants of the project with the “School of the ideal body #Sekta”

The participants of our joint project with the “#Sekta School of the Perfect Body” shared with Woman’s Day what they had achieved by the end of the 7th week. Until the final of the project – two weeks. Are there any visible results?

Elena, 23 years old: I eat at night, but only healthy!

Elena’s weight loss process froze

Parameters before starting to lose weight:

Height: 171 see

Weight: 69 kg

Volumes: chest – 88 cm, waist – 77 cm, hips – 106,5 cm

– Either sleep and lack of stress are really one of the important criteria for losing weight, or physical activity is needed. And the #Sekta postulate that 80% of success is nutrition does not work on my fat.

Training. The result of the last two weeks is stress, everywhere, everywhere, in everything. There is not enough strength for anything, and things are piling up with terrible force. Disease added. The training process is going to hell, because there is no time even for a full sleep, and two days sometimes merge into one super-long one without any sleep at all. You can hardly sleep for a day, let alone in the hall, you can hardly crawl to bed.

The only good thing is that there is a glimmer of hope that from the next week everything will more or less fall into place. So an important lesson: #Sekta takes time, personal, free. And dream. Without sleep, it will not work harmoniously to build a body. There were almost no workouts: two in the first week and one in the second. I would like to re-enter the regime, in the morning at least I return yoga again. Muscles are tired of sitting at the computer, they are bored. Yesterday I could not resist and went for a run.

Food. At such moments, when you are on the verge of a breakdown, the result of the passed #Sekta stage is especially felt. Because when there is time to think, there is time to pay attention to your body, you do it with your head, with your brain. He thinks that it is so right and so necessary. And then you find yourself in a stressful situation, and there is no time for reflection – the brain is busy with its burning questions, it has no time to think about whether to go to workout or eat a cake. And now, being in such a situation a couple of months ago, I would have bought chocolates out of grief! Well, especially sitting at work at night was often accompanied by eating tasty things. For jokes about nighttime zhor are not jokes at all. And now the same night, the same things, and the same zhor, by the way. But I don’t want chocolates and rolls. I want to eat! Normal food! The body does not want to receive free carbohydrates and a set of fats, it is tired and exhausted and wants vitamins and everything that really feeds it. And it is felt by the whole body. Feels like, for example, fruits give energy to a tired body, and cereals maintain strength throughout the day. I hardly keep a diary anymore, I can feel when I want to eat, and I can feel when there is enough portion, even if there is still left on the plate.

Results for 7 weeks. Measurements showed a stable balance – did not add or subtract. Either full sleep and lack of stress are really one of the important criteria for losing weight, or physical education plays a really important role, and nutrition alone is indispensable in my case.

– The sixth and seventh weeks – again everything is not according to plan, but the weight and volumes gained during the vacation are gone, hurray!

Food. I am proud of myself that I could again, and very easily, return to the sectarian diet. For the rest of the week, I ate in the same correct regime, and in the second half I arranged a detox, which I experienced quite comfortably. In my diet before, there was periodically vegetable protein (chickpeas and mung bean I just adore), but my relationship with beans did not work out – I don’t like it, and that’s it! So what I didn’t cook from chickpeas: from banal sauté with vegetables to cutlets and casseroles. To be honest, although the food was varied, you cannot call it your favorite. Still, from protein I prefer fish, seafood, chicken breast, cottage cheese and cheese. It is quite difficult for me to refuse these products, even for several days. Therefore, I will gladly return to them again, alternating with vegetable protein only occasionally.

Training. Regarding training, I seem to be pursuing an evil fate, some kind of total streak of bad luck. As soon as I returned from vacation, I “caught” a spring hay fever at home. During the flowering period in May, I always have tears in three streams and a runny nose. And this time the allergy overcame me so much that even the drugs did not help. What kind of workouts are there in the gym? I studied at home, and even then not every day. I don’t even know yet when I will be able to get into the hall.

Feelings of the week. If it were not for the tricks of my body in terms of health, I would be just happy. Well, since it is impossible without obstacles, we will, as they say, work with what we have. I’m not going to stop!

Results for 7 weeks.

Hips: -9 cm (98 cm)

Weight: -5 kg ​​(74,0 kg)

Maria, 33 years old: very slow weight loss!

The weight is worth, the volumes are also unchanged, this is very depressing! In general, this time I have some kind of very slow weight loss. Previously, with the same or even less efforts, I easily went from 74 kg to my normal weight – 68 kg. Of course, he is not perfect, but with a height of 169 cm, he was fine with me. And now for the second month I cannot become less than 70 kg. It’s just killing me! I understand that every year my metabolism slows down, that now I am an office worker and spend a lot of time at the computer, but I haven’t figured out what else to do to speed up my metabolism.

Food. The week passed in severity, continued to monitor the diet, clearly: in the evening only protein, in the morning carbohydrates.

Training. It was impossible to go to workouts in #Sekta, but I worked in the gym 2 times for 2 hours.

Feelings of the 7th week. In general, my mood is not happy, although I understand that in #Sekta, the most important thing is the process. The process of proper nutrition and high physical activity is such a way of life when you rationally and lovingly approach your body. But at the same time, it requires effort and refusal from favorite harmfulness (love for sweets does not go away, there are no vaccinations from it, only a rational approach and control of your desires), and for this you already want to have a more impressive result. I understand that I have a result, I look and feel completely different now than I did before #Sekta, and 2 months of intensive is not the end for me, but only the beginning of working on myself.
