Training Shift Shop assume increasing performance with each new week. In the first week you train for 25 minutes (Speed 25 Strength and 25), in the second week – 35 minute (Speed 35 Strength and 35)in the third week – 45 minutes (Speed 45 Strength and 45). The kit with Shift Shop includes a nutrition plan that is also modified from one week to another according to increasing training load.
