Lifting barbells on the shoulders — technique exercises:

  1. This exercise allows bodybuilders to work out the phase of lifting a barbell on the shoulders.
  2. Install the rod at the upper level of the mid abdomen.
  3. Force of arms,trapezoids and feet lift the barbell on the shoulders.
  4. On motion, the rod must be in constant contact with the body. Deviation from this rule can lead to injury and loss of control over the rod.
  5. Return the barbell to the starting position and repeat the exercise.
