Method of preparation
Mashed currant berries (cherry jam) are boiled with boiling water, rye crackers, honey are added and cooled to 35-37 degrees, yeast, apple juice without pulp (grape juice) are introduced, fermented for 24 hours in a warm place. Then it is filtered, cooled, served in a ceramic mug.
