The power of garlic

The earliest mention of the use of garlic is in 3000 BC. It has been mentioned in the Bible and Chinese Sanskrit scriptures. The Egyptians fed the builders of the great pyramids with this product, it was believed to increase the efficiency and endurance in men. Some crave garlic’s reliable aromatic and savory taste, while others look to it as a cure for ailments. Garlic has long been shrouded in mystery. It plays an essential role in dining kitchen culture. Many cultures have used garlic for health benefits as a cure for colds, high blood pressure, rheumatism, tuberculosis, and cancer. It is also believed to increase energy and stamina. Around the world, experts link garlic to longevity when consumed regularly. In China, ancient medical books say that garlic can relieve chills, reduce swelling, and increase the efficiency of the spleen and stomach. It is included in many daily dishes due to its ability to improve blood circulation, and garlic is also believed to act as an aphrodisiac. Garlic should not be frozen or stored in a humid environment. Garlic will keep for about six months if stored properly. In addition to its medicinal properties, garlic benefits the overall health of the body. It is rich in protein, vitamins A, B-1 and C, and essential minerals including calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron and selenium. It also contains 17 different amino acids. Chef Andy Kao of Panda Express believes in the healing properties of garlic. His father told a story about Chinese soldiers during World War II who drank river water.
