Cut into cubes 200 g of tofu cheese, add 1 tsp sesame seeds and 1 tbsp soy sauce, leave for 5 minutes. Combine 4 chopped tomatoes, red and green peppers, 250 g of kelp and 2 cloves of garlic in a salad bowl. But it is best to make a light summer soup from pumpkin. Fry the onion in vegetable oil, spread 1 kg of pumpkin cubes and simmer for 10 minutes. Add 3 crushed apples, 500 ml of vegetable broth, salt and pepper. Be sure to add a pinch of coriander, cumin, cinnamon and ginger. Cook the soup for 30 minutes, puree with a blender and, if necessary, dilute with hot water. Decorate a plate of soup with parsley and peeled pumpkin seeds — this beauty will please the eye and heal the liver.

Meanwhile, brown 250 g of buckwheat in a dry pan, pour 500 ml of water with a stick of cinnamon and cook until the liquid evaporates. At the end, remove the cinnamon, and instead put dried apricots and a handful of crushed hazelnuts. Add a pinch of salt, nutmeg on the tip of a knife and a piece of butter.
