The Good Table Restaurants of Spain in Family reunion
The city of Logroño hosts the 43rd Family Chapter of the Association of Good Table Restaurants in Spain.
It has been his turn in this new call for the Association of Good Table Restaurants of Spain to the Riojan capital, which will surely accompany scheduled meetings and events with its wines.
About the event “Family” takes place every year in a different province, thus pretending that all associates know the natural, cultural, historical and gastronomic heritage that offer the different locations where they are.
In this year’s edition the host is Lorenzo Canas, former president of the Association, who opens the doors of his restaurant The mercy.
From tomorrow, Sunday, March 6 to 9, all the activities of the La Forty-third edition of the Family Chapter of the Association of Restaurants of Buena Mesa of Spain, that will bring together more than a hundred representatives of Spanish haute cuisine around its rooms.
Among the members of this Association are restaurant owners and chefs with Repsol suns, National Gastronomy Awards and Michelin stars, etc …
As you see their motto, “Family, Tradition and Good work” are the premises of all these restaurateurs, who together with the selection of the best raw materials to always offer the customer the highest quality, want to offer us their celebrations as a tribute to our gastronomy.
What will this 43rd chapter hold?
Attendees will begin with a welcome dinner at the Salón del Círculo Logroñés on Sunday, and already on Monday morning, the Board of Directors of the Association will attend a reception with the Hon. Mr. José Ignacio Ceniceros González, President of the Government of La Rioja, in which the Association Collar will be imposed by Adolfo Muñoz, current president of the same.
Later they will travel to Quel, to visit the “La Pasada” farm, owned by Bodegas Ontañón, where they will have an aperitif. Back in Logroño, you will enjoy a guided tour of the Ontañón Winery-museum with a subsequent lunch in its rooms.
In the afternoon they will attend the presentation with round table on New Information Technologies, Where are we going? by Sonia Braza (responsible for the i3net Sales Department) and Jaime Vila (director of Summa Artis). They will end the day with a dinner at the Villa Cañas restaurant.
Tuesday’s session will begin with a general assembly for all members of the Association. Subsequently, the Board of Directors will meet with the H.E. Ms. Concepción Gamarra Ruiz Clavijo, Mayor of Logroño, to present him with the Association Necklace.
The lunch based on tapas, which will be prepared in front of the attendees in a showcooking, will take place in the Rioja Culture Center. During the afternoon, the notary Javier Máximo Juárez will offer a presentation on The family business and generational change: protocol and succession.
As a final touch, they will go to the restaurant The mercy to enjoy the gala dinner and the end of the party that will close this 43rd Family Chapter of the Association “Restaurants of Good Table of Spain”.
