Seizure of leadership — energetic actions leading to the assignment of power (leadership functions). It happens that by default leadership belongs to one person in the team (the position of a leader, leader, teacher), and it happens that leadership needs to be seized (a new company, a new position, just new people and a new situation …). Capture styles are the same as influence styles — Enforcer, Darling, Tactician. See Influence Styles for more details.
Leadership capture techniques are actions (words, deeds) that a person performs in order to become a leader. The main techniques are proactive leadership, organization of the process, leadership by force, “siege”, capture.
