Shrimp pasta: how to cook

The usefulness of shrimp directly depends on the quality of the purchased seafood. For example, re-frozen shrimp will not be healthy and certainly not tasty. Re-frozen shrimp can be distinguished by color. They will be white. The brownish or yellow color of the shrimp may indicate that they have been on the counter for a long time.

The pink shrimp should be thawed and reheated for a short time. Cook the gray shrimps for 10 minutes. You need to remove the shrimp from the shell just before frying. To prepare pasta with seafood you will need: – 200 g of pasta; – 1 squid carcass and 200 g of shrimp; – 1 lemon; – 1 head of onion; – 100 g of tomatoes; – 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil; – parsley, salt.

Defrost the squid carcass, peel off films, remove cartilage, rinse and cut into rings. If the shrimps were purchased frozen – pink, defrost them and cover with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Leave the seafood to marinate for 20 minutes.

You can marinate shrimp both in lemon juice and in soy sauce

If the shrimp are gray, cook them in boiling water until they turn reddish orange. The finished shrimp should float to the surface of the water. Remove them from the pot and place them on a plate. Peel the onion, cut into half rings. Chop the garlic finely.

Put the pan to preheat. Pour vegetable oil into it and add garlic and onions. Saute until the onion is translucent. Place the squid rings and marinated shrimp in a skillet with lemon juice. Add the peeled and seeded tomato. Season with salt, add spices, stir and simmer for 20 minutes, reducing heat to low. Stir the sauce periodically. Serve with boiled pasta drizzled with butter. Garnish with parsley.

For the sauce you will need: – 300 g of shrimp; – 200 g of crab meat; – 2 cloves of garlic; – 100 g of heavy cream; – 100 g of parmesan cheese; – 50 g of butter; – salt, pepper, parsley.

Place a skillet with butter to preheat. Add chopped garlic to the pan. Fry it for about a minute. Chop the crab meat finely and place over the garlic. Put shrimps here. Fry the seafood for 2-3 minutes. Then add cream and grated cheese. Bring the sauce to a boil, stirring occasionally. Put the prepared hot sauce to the boiled pasta. Sprinkle the dish with fresh parsley.

For the recipe you will need: – 1 large tomato; – 2 cloves of garlic; – 300 g of shrimps; – a package of processed cheese; – 300 g of cream; – 100 g of hard cheese; – a tablespoon of olive oil; – cilantro, salt.

Crush the garlic through a press and place it in a frying pan with heated olive oil. Fry the garlic a little and then remove. Add shrimps to the aromatic oil, fry for 1-2 minutes. Put the peeled and seeded tomato on the shrimp. Simmer shrimp with tomato for about 5 minutes. Then add the processed cheese, cream and cilantro. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Put the prepared sauce hot to the boiled pasta and sprinkle with grated cheese.
