​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​It has been seven months of work at the Distance. What are the results?

1) morning jogging, fitness, dousing, proper nutrition — exclusion of flour, alcohol, healthy sleep from 24 to 7 in the morning, I wake up myself without an alarm clock.

2) daily journaling — texts with explanations of WHY are translated into texts with WHY, I analyze daily affairs according to the principle that for TODAY, for TOMORROW, for the FUTURE.

3) the habit of writing a thesis every day in a diary about what that day was about.

4) if I don’t have anything new to say, it’s better to keep silent and listen to what others have to say.

5) subordinates began to independently initiate changes — I support with praise and point out flaws in a playful and demanding manner.

6) held the first webinar and a trial piece of the training “Beauty beyond age”, a team-building training in her hotel, two webinars “Beautiful age” and “Family and career — I see no contradictions” are planned in May.

7) queens do not make excuses — there have been changes in speech, movements, gait — they have become unhurried and weighty.

8) weekly I spend the Hyde Park club — practicing public speaking skills.

9) relations with children are improved — more tender, they themselves hug, kiss at a meeting and parting, they get bored with a long separation.

10) development of a personal brand — publications in the media on my behalf to increase company awareness, registered the domain name of my own website and began filling it with content.

11) gave her daughter a subscription to D. Shvetsov’s confidence training for her birthday.

12) keep a daily record of finances, stopped lending money.

13) has mastered many additional functions in the iPhone — reminders for various occasions, notes in a notebook, recording on a voice recorder, listening to audio recordings.

14) learned to find the good in any person.​​​​​​​
