  • contraindicated for persons with gluten intolerance (gluten).
  • due to the high glycemic index, the blood sugar level rises sharply, therefore it is contraindicated in diabetes mellitus.
  • if you eat porridge in large portions, adding butter and jam, you can quickly gain weight and ruin your slim figure.

How to cook semolina correctly
