Doctor of the polyclinic department of the branch “Vnukovsky” GBUZ “GKB No. 17 DZM”

– Vaccination should not be ignored, – says Olga Kovtun, doctor of the outpatient department of the Vnukovsky branch of the GBUZ GKB No. 17 DZM. – Every year, in the autumn-winter period, a large part of the population suffers from respiratory viral diseases. And not even the flu itself is terrible, but the fact that it can cause serious complications on the heart, lungs and other important organs. In a person who has undergone vaccination, the disease, if it develops, then proceeds in a mild form. Vaccination is especially important for older people and patients with severe chronic diagnoses. For them, each transferred infection is the cause of a weakening of the immune system.

Where to undergo the procedure

You don’t have to go to the clinic to get vaccinated. Mobile points have been opened in Moscow. They are located at 36 metro stations, at two stations of the Moscow Central Circle and at two railway platforms.

Only a passport and written consent to the procedure are required. The compulsory medical insurance policy is not needed (it is asked only in polyclinics), the place of registration does not matter. Before vaccination, a medical examination is carried out, after vaccination, a certificate is issued. All actions take no more than 15 minutes. You can choose a suitable item on the website of the Moscow Department of Health mosgorzdrav.ru.

Restrictions

Children under 18 and pregnant women are vaccinated in polyclinics, schoolchildren are vaccinated at the place of study, and babies in kindergartens.
