wheat flour, first grade 4.0 (table spoon)
sugar 2.0 (table spoon)
butter 1.0 (table spoon)
cow’s milk, sterilized 3,5% 1.0 (grain glass)
sugar syrup 1.0 (table spoon)
vanillin 1.0 (gram)
table salt 1.0 (gram)
Method of preparation

Peel the apples, cut them into slices and sauté lightly with a little butter. Combine flour and eggs in a bowl, adding vanilla sugar and salt, until creamy. Dilute the mixture with milk and syrup. Melt some butter in a frying pan and pour some of the mixture over it. Then put the apples there and pour the remaining mixture over them. Bake in the oven for half an hour.
