Method of preparation

The plums are poured with water (300 g), boiled until tender and the seeds are removed from them. Loose porridge cooked with butter (600 g of water) is placed in a greased stewpan mixed with boiled plums, put in the oven and heated well. The plum seeds are pounded, poured with a decoction from the plums, boiled, filtered, added sugar and brought to a boil. Serve the porridge with gravy made from broth.
