Ingredients Whipped Cream Omelet

chicken egg 4.0 (piece)
sugar 3.0 (table spoon)
wheat flour, premium 2.0 (table spoon)
cream 0.5 (grain glass)
butter 1.0 (table spoon)
Method of preparation

Grind egg yolks with sugar, sift flour into this mixture and add separately whipped cream and whites one by one. Fill a greased dish with this mass and bake an omelet in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve straight out of the oven, because when it cools, the omelet will settle and become dry.
