Ingredients Apricot Eggnog

apricot juice 0.5 (teaspoon)
chicken egg 2.0 (piece)
sugar 3.0 (table spoon)
milk cow 2.0 (teaspoon)
water 0.5 (teaspoon)
table salt 0.2 (teaspoon)
walnut 15.0 (gram)
Method of preparation

Beat fresh chicken eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks until a thick lemon-colored mass is formed, and the whites until a thick foam forms. Pour a pinch of salt into the whipped yolks and, continuing to beat, add granulated sugar and apricot juice. Then, with continuous stirring, pour in cold milk and cold boiled water and mix. Pour the prepared mixture into the pre-beaten egg whites. Sprinkle with grated nuts on top before serving.
