Method of preparation

Grate raw peeled washed carrots and apples with large holes or finely chop. Rinse dried apricots with warm boiled water, leave for 20-25 minutes to swell, then finely chop. Mix carrots, apples and dried apricots, add 25 g of cranberry jam, sour cream, mix, put in a salad bowl and sprinkle with finely chopped apples and dried apricots.
