Recipe for small praline eggs, made by Pierre Marcolini

For 12 small praline eggs, you will need:

– 300 g of praline

– 300 g of puffed rice grains

– 12 eggs

Empty the eggshells, being careful to remove the membrane that surrounds the shell.

Melt the praline.

Take the puffed rice and add a small amount of praline.

Mix well to create a paste.

With two small spoons, gently fill the empty eggshells.

After a few minutes of cooling, the small eggs are ready to be tasted.

Tips:

– If you prepare your little praline eggs in advance, put cling film on your eggs to protect them and prevent the spread of odors.

– If you have some praline rice left over, you can also make small rocks. To put of course in the fridge before tasting them.
