Ingredients Pumpkin Cake

wheat flour, premium 1.3 (grain glass)
butter 6.0 (table spoon)
sugar 5.0 (table spoon)
pumpkin 1000.0 (gram)
chicken egg 2.0 (piece)
milk cow 4.0 (table spoon)
lemon 0.5 (piece)
table salt 6.0 (gram)
Method of preparation

Mix milk and sugar, add flour, salt. Roll out the dough and put in a cool place for an hour. Cut the pumpkin into slices and bake for 1 hour on low heat in the oven. After softening, rub it through a sieve (approx. 1 glass is obtained), mix with sugar, cognac, yolks, milk and spices. Beat the whites and carefully add to the pumpkin mass. Roll out the dough, put a cake mold on it, raise the edges higher and pour in the filling. Bake for 10 minutes. over high heat, then 30 min. on average.
