Ingredients Potato cake

potatoes 4.0 (piece)
chicken protein 12.0 (piece)
chicken yolk 4.0 (piece)
sugar 1.3 (grain glass)
lemon zest 5.0 (gram)
almonds sweet 100.0 (gram)
potato starch 3.0 (table spoon)
Method of preparation

Separate the yolks from the proteins and beat well with sugar. When the mass becomes airy and expands in volume, add the grated zest, peeled and chopped almonds. Knead the mass for 45 minutes, gradually adding boiled mashed potatoes, starch and whipped proteins. Then put the mass in a mold and bake in the oven at a moderate temperature (about 1 hour).
