Print grid and row and column headers in Excel

To make the paper copy of the document easier to read, you can print on it grid lines (horizontal and vertical lines on the sheet) and row and column headings (1, 2, 3, etc. A, B, C, etc.) .

To do this, follow our instructions:

  1. On the Advanced tab Page Layout (Page Layout) in the section Sheet Options (Sheet Options) in Groups Grid lines (Grid) and Headings (Headings) check the boxes next to the items Print (Seal).
  2. Click the button to open the preview window. Print (Print) tab Fillet (File).
