On August 9, a presentation dedicated to the proper storage of wine was held at the DEEP SPACE LOFT. In just a couple of hours, the guests of the event made a real gastronomic journey to Germany in the company of the famous sommelier Yulia Larina and brand ambassador, chef Mark Statsenko.

The tasting of the famous German wines of Riesling and shpet and a set of delicious snacks from the chef were accompanied by an interesting history of origin and a story about the features and production.

Much attention was paid to the proper storage of wine and Miele wine refrigerators, created for the perfect enjoyment of fine drinks. The perfect combination of wine and snacks was demonstrated by Mark Statsenko, surprising the guests with exquisite wine sets and unusual taste combinations.

For example, Mark served red shrimp ceviche with dry white riesling, which perfectly emphasized the light and fresh notes of this wine variety. And for the aged shpet, Mark offered St. Maur cheese with smoked plum and buckwheat warm honey to set off the notes of tree bark and burnt sugar in the aroma of the drink. By the way, it is also important to store snacks correctly, especially if they are prepared in advance. For example, in the refrigerator of the K 20 000 series from Miele, the flavors of dishes will not be mixed due to the DuplexCool technology.
