This book is also full of pictures. And, what is nice, it is not only bright, but also informative. Its author is scientist and artist Tomasz Samoilik. He skillfully draws about nature: it turned out a comic book in which the author told (and showed) the amazing metamorphoses that occur around when the seasons change. And the story is not boring at all – the author has a great sense of humor. Drawn characters tell about nature, which give out the most amusing remarks. The author’s text of the scientist is not much on the pages, but he is there and masterfully puts all the details in their places.
“The Amazing World of Animals”
A mini-series of informative picture books will tell you, “Why do animals need a tail?”, “Who hatched from an egg?”, “Who lives where?” There is also the book “Moms and Babies” – it’s amazing how birds and animals change from tiny to adults. And it happens that babies do not look like their adult parents at all.
Books differ from classical encyclopedias in that there is relatively little text in them, but there are detailed, carefully worked out pictures. They look more like a movie than a book. And gradually they lead the young reader from simple to complex, not forgetting that the path should be exciting.

Mr. Broome and the Underwater Monster by Daniel Napp
Mr. Broome is a brown bear who is very adventurous. In order not to be left without an interesting occupation one day, everything is strictly planned out for him. “How animals work”, Nikola Kuharska
The artist Nikola Kuharska was inspired by various programs about animals and their behavior. In all these shows, they tell a lot of interesting things, but nowhere to find what is inside each animal and bird. Nicola came up with an interesting move – a story about two inquisitive kids and their grandfather, depicting animals “in a cut” to explain how, for example, a hedgehog (and many other animals and birds) works.
