Perch caviar is aromatic and tasty if you approach it in a special way. It tastes quite tart, and even cats do not respect it raw. Only heat treatment can turn perch caviar into a delicacy. Perch caviar can be fried or boiled, but it is especially good when salted.

Recipe for salting perch caviar with marinade

Ingredients: – 1 perch caviar; – 1 liter of water; – 2 tbsp. l. salt; – ½ tsp ground coriander; – 10 peas of black pepper; – 4 allspice peas; – 2 bay leaves.

Rinse the perch roe under warm running water. Do not remove caviar from the pouches while washing.

Free the caviar from the film. To do this, arm yourself with a fork or spoon. These cutlery will greatly facilitate the process of separating the eggs from the film.

Prepare the marinade. To do this, pour water into a saucepan and add salt. Add lavrushka, coriander, black peppercorns and allspice. Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes.

Pour hot marinade over the perch caviar and stir it vigorously. Let the caviar steep for 20 minutes. Drain the marinade with a colander.

Perch caviar is healthy and nutritious. In terms of its benefits, it is in no way inferior to red, although it does not look so elegant. It contains folate, potassium, phosphorus, omega-3 fatty acids and protein

Perch caviar salting recipe: an easy way

Ingredients: – 1 perch caviar; – salt to taste; – 3-4 st. l. vegetable oil.

Rinse and remove the films from the perch caviar. Place it in a deep plate. Add salt. Its amount depends on your taste preferences. Stir the caviar, it is better to do this with slightly whipping movements until a white foam forms.

Leave the caviar alone for 10 minutes. Then add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil and beat the caviar again for a minute.

Place the caviar in a jar. Pour in the oil – it should cover the eggs by about 3-5 millimeters. Do not stir! Close the jar with a lid and send it to a cool place for at least five days. During this time, the perch roe should be well salted. After that, you can safely eat it.
