Pasta casserole is one of the first courses that young hostesses learn to cook. Delicious, simple, satisfying, versatile, it quickly becomes a favorite in many families. Casseroles are eaten for breakfast, for lunch as a second course and, of course, for dinner.

The combination of pasta with mushrooms is not very familiar to Russia. But Italians love to add fresh mushrooms to the pasta. Indeed, pasta in a creamy sauce with mushrooms is very tasty. It is this recipe that is taken as the basis of the casserole. To prepare it, you will need:

– boiled pasta (preferably horns, spirals, shells – 300 g); – cream (200 ml); – butter (1 tbsp. L.); – fresh champignons (200 g); – bow (1 head); – hard cheese (150 g); – eggs (2 pcs.); – spices, salt (to taste).

Instead of champignons, you can use any other mushrooms – chanterelles, porcini, boletus. Only it is better to boil them before stewing, otherwise such food will be too heavy for the stomach.

First, we prepare the mushrooms. Fry the onion in a skillet until transparent, pour the chopped mushrooms. Pour half of the cream and add the butter. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add boiled pasta to mushrooms, mix. Whip the remaining cream with eggs, add half of the grated cheese, spices, salt. Transfer the pasta with mushrooms to a baking dish and fill it with the resulting mixture. We put in the oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on the casserole 5 minutes before cooking.

Oyster mushroom casserole – fast and tasty

Oyster mushrooms have a bright mushroom flavor, so you do not need to use additional ingredients when preparing casseroles. Mushrooms will give pasta an unforgettable taste and aroma. But for the dish to work out, you need to use only fresh oysters. Choose mushrooms with dense, even caps of a uniform color. Make sure that the records are not black, as if stuck together. Mushrooms should grow from one mycelium, like honey mushrooms. If the oyster mushrooms are divided, it means that they lay cut in the boxes for too long.

Oyster mushroom pasta casserole recipe:

– oyster mushrooms (300 g); – boiled pasta (300 g); – olive oil (1 tbsp. L.); – eggs (2 pcs.); – spices (Italian herbs – 1 tsp).

Oyster mushrooms are mushrooms that are grown in greenhouses. There are no worms in them. Therefore, medium-sized and small mushrooms can be put in the casserole whole without cutting.

Oyster mushrooms are fried a little in a skillet. Transferred to a baking dish. Above – a layer of boiled pasta. The casserole is poured with a mixture of olive oil, herbs and eggs. Place in the oven for 25 minutes. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped Parmesan.
