PSYchology

The color red is the love of things! Written under the impression of the last distance and is dedicated to distance-distance friends.

I love my things because they bring me joy and pleasure. I love my things because I need them, because they take care of me. I love my things because I feel cozy and comfortable with them.

Let’s start from the very beginning, i.e. since morning!

  • I love the toothbrush because it makes my smile dazzle! (She has such a soft and thin bristle).
  • I love soap because it keeps my skin clean and fresh! (It’s so smooth and nice.)
  • I love my towel because it hugs me gently and caringly! (It is so fluffy and snow-white).
  • I love this transparent teapot, in which the tea leaves dance in a white dance, giving an amber color to this aromatic drink! I love this teapot because there is nothing better than an invigorating cup of tea in the morning and nothing better than a warm cup of tea in cold weather!
  • I love this table, because we often gather at it with my relatives and beloved men!
  • I love this sweater because it gives me its warmth and comfort!
  • I love this umbrella because it protects me from rain and wind!
  • I love this door because something very good is waiting for me behind it!
  • I love this staircase, because you can easily and naturally run down it towards a new day!
  • I love my things and take care of them: every thing should be in its place, should be convenient to use — this is fatherly love, caring for the purity and beauty of things — the functions of motherly love.
  • I love my shoes very much — they are very comfortable and practical, soft, do not pinch or rub my feet — a man’s love.
  • I adore my graceful dress shoes of amazing red color with high heels, my legs look amazing in them — women’s love.

Sometimes we fall in love with our things so much, get used to them, that we are ready to give them a second life — we repair, repair, darn, remake, etc. But sometimes the irreparable happens and you have to say goodbye to something very dear and familiar. And that’s when the so-called «mental insurance» comes to the rescue. When purchasing a new thing, say goodbye to it in advance, then the loss will not seem so sad.

Your favorite cup has broken, which for so long pleased you not only with its shape, but also with its pleasant content. Don’t worry, don’t worry! Tell her thank you for giving you pleasure for a long time. And someone close will say: “Don’t worry, tomorrow I’ll buy you a new cup!”, And the loss may turn out to be a gift.

Love for things is nothing else than love for SELF, because we use things in caring for our loved ones, i.e. in the end result we get from things what we want to get! Taking care of my things, I take care of MYSELF! But it is always worth remembering that line, having crossed which we do not own things, but they begin to own us — it is important to have a sense of proportion in everything.

Sincerely, Irina Pronina.
