  • Beef, fish and poultry. Complete source of protein. Participate in the synthesis of immunoglobulins (special proteins).
  • Pumpkin seeds. They contain a large amount of provitamin A, vitamin E, as well as an essential trace element for the prostate – zinc.
  • Olive and sunflower oil. A good source of vitamin E. It is necessary for a balanced composition of sexual secretions.
  • Citrus. They increase immunity, are responsible for maintaining the acidity level of the ejaculate.

To prevent inflammation of the prostate (also called prostatitis), a combination of jogging, massage, perineal shower, and Kegel exercises is necessary. But most importantly, it is a diet that includes the use of large quantities of pumpkin seeds, seaweed and nuts.

Very good results in the prevention of prostatitis have the regular use of kefir with bran.

Also, it is necessary to increase in the diet such vegetables as beets, carrots, celery and parsnips.

 

Harmful foods for the prostate

  • Salt… By causing moisture retention, it increases blood pressure, which negatively affects the functioning of the prostate.
  • Alcohol… It provokes degeneration of the lobules of the prostate gland. As a result, there is a violation in the qualitative composition of the ejaculate, which may become unviable.
  • Smoked meat… Being irritating, they have a negative effect on the functioning of the prostate gland.
  • Beer… Due to the large amount of female sex hormones, it often causes prostatic hypertrophy.
