It is a herbal sedative in capsules for adults and adolescents over 12 years of age. Recommended in temporary states of nervous hyperactivity, sleep disorders, menstruation, menopause or temporary stressful situations.
Composition
Active substance: 1 capsule contains powdered herbs: 210 mg of valerian root, 52,5 mg of hops, 52,5 mg of lemon balm leaf, 35 mg of St. John’s wort.
Indications
Nervomix Forte is a herbal product with a sedative effect, facilitating falling asleep. The active substances contained in it soothe emotional tensions and make it easier to fall asleep.
Receiving
Adults and adolescents 2–4 capsules 3 times a day, depending on the severity of symptoms, drink at least 1/2 glass of liquid, do not chew. As a sleep aid, take a single dose from half an hour to an hour before going to bed. It is not recommended to use for more than 3 weeks. Omission of a dose of the drug has no effect on the course of therapy. Do not use a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose.
Contraindications
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients of the preparation. Nervomix Forte must not be used in people intolerant to valerian. Take special care when using: if symptoms persist for more than 3 weeks or worsen during use, consult a doctor. Do not use the preparation in children under 12 years of age. The preparation should not be used during pregnancy and lactation. The preparation may impair psychophysical fitness, the ability to drive vehicles and operate moving mechanisms, therefore it is not recommended to take the preparation before planned driving or operating machinery.

The preparation supplements the daily diet with magnesium and vitamin B6, which help maintain normal psychological functions and the proper functioning of the nervous system.
