Mushroom salad with oranges

Preparation:

Cheese and peeled and core apples cut into small pieces

cubes. Drain canned champignons, cut into small pieces

straws and stew in oil. Peeled bell peppers

cut into rings and mix with tangerine slices or cut

across orange slices. Dress the salad with prepared dressing,

mix and put in a salad bowl. Top with grated cheese and

garnish with citrus slices.
