The kids could not open their eyes due to infection, and then the cat turned to people for help.
An unusual client showed up the other day in one of the veterinary clinics in Turkey. In the morning, a stray cat came to the “reception”, carrying its kitten by the scruff of its teeth.
The caring mother meowed long and loudly under the door, asking for help. And when it was opened for her, confidently, even in a businesslike manner, she walked down the corridor and went straight to the veterinarian’s office.
And although, of course, there was nothing to pay her with, but the surprised doctors immediately served the four-legged patient. It turned out that the kitten suffered from an eye infection, due to which he could not open his eyes. The doctor put special drops on the baby, and after a while the kitten finally regained its sight.
Apparently, the cat was satisfied with the clinic’s service, because the next day she brought her second kitten to the veterinarians. The problem was the same. And the doctors rushed to help again.
By the way, the veterinarians were familiar with this stray cat.
“We often gave her food and water. However, they did not know that she had given birth to kittens, ”the clinic workers told local journalists when a touching video of the cat spread over the Internet.
In total, three kittens were born to the caring mother. The veterinarians decided not to leave the family and are now trying to accommodate the kids.
By the way, about a year ago, a similar case occurred in the emergency department of a hospital in Istanbul. The mother cat brought her sick kitten to the doctors. And again, the kind Turkish doctors did not remain indifferent.
The photo, which was published by one of the patients, shows how the paramedics surrounded the poor animal and stroked it.
What the baby was sick with, the girl did not tell. However, the hospital visitor assured: the doctors immediately rushed to the kitten’s aid, and to calm the mother-cat, they gave her milk and food. At the same time, all the time, while the doctors examined the baby, the vigilant mother did not take her eyes off him.
And in the comments to the video, they write that cats are much more responsible for their children than some people. Remembering the stories of the Mowgli children raised by animals, it seems that this statement is not so far from the truth.
