As for her love of food, she is a real Italian: she eats everything, and most of all she appreciates Italian cuisine. Favorite dish is pasta with parmesan.

The diet is no longer dependent on the type of food, but on the serving size, and the diet is designed for 7 days… In fact, this is not even a diet, but a variation on the theme “You need to eat less.” This meal plan allows you to eat whatever you want, provided that you control the amount of food.

What to expect?

Do not expect rapid and impressive results. But, adhering to such a meal plan from time to time, you can easily lose 2-3 kilograms and you will feel at ease.

Pros

This meal plan is good because it contains a sufficient amount of fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber. The diet helps to normalize the intestines, cleanses the body of toxins and regulates metabolic processes. The menu is quite varied and you won’t get bored. And preparing all the dishes is elementary.  

Cons

The disadvantage of this diet is that it is very low in protein. In addition, a large amount of plant foods activates the fermentation process, which can lead to disorders of the digestive system. That is why it is better to follow such a diet for no more than 7 days. Long intervals between meals can make you feel hungry. To get rid of it, it is recommended that you drink a glass of warm water every time you feel hungry. 

7 Day Diet Menu by Monica Bellucci. 

 

 

DAY 1:

Breakfast: 150 ml of natural unsweetened yoghurt with apple pieces.

Lunch: 200 g of boiled beef, 200 g of green salad with 1 tsp. olive oil, a slice of cornbread.

Dinner: a cup of fresh berries, 150 g of boiled rice with a spoonful of olive oil and 50 g of cottage cheese, 150 g of vegetable salad, any fruit.

Day 2:

Breakfast: a cup of coffee without sugar, toast and a spoonful of berry or fruit jam.

Dinner: 3 egg omelet, 2 small boiled zucchini, whole slices of whole bread.

Dinner: 150 g of cooked lean meat, salad.

DAY 3: 

Breakfast: green tea (with lemon), toast with honey, grapefruit.

Lunch: 200 g of boiled or baked potatoes with parsley or spices, 100 g of low-fat cheese.

Dinner: 170 g spaghetti with olive oil and tomatoes, any fruit.

DAY 4:

Breakfast: natural unsweetened and low-fat yogurt with 2 teaspoons of honey, 40 g of cheese.

Lunch: 100 g of boiled rice, 100 g of boiled zucchini, 100 g of boiled beef.

Dinner: a cup of any fruit, 200 g of boiled fish, vegetable salad with olive oil, a portion of bread, any fruit.

DAY 5:

Breakfast: a glass of freshly squeezed juice, two salted crackers.

Lunch: 100 g spaghetti, fresh green salad with olive oil, orange or grapes.

Dinner: 250 g of vegetable salad with boiled beans, any fruit.

For the remaining two days, repeat any of the above. 

In general, Monica’s nutrition plan is not a panacea and is far from ideal, but it gives some freedom of choice and good results (Bellucci is a vivid example of this). It is quite possible to try, it will definitely not be worse.
