Like clockwork: getting rid of extra pounds with linseed oil

Eating flaxseed oil will help you lose up to 5 kilograms of excess weight without much effort. What benefits will it bring to your body and how to properly introduce it into the diet?

Flaxseed oil began to be produced and consumed several thousand years ago. At first, it was taken as a medicine for several diseases, including for the beauty of hair and the normal condition of the skin. Today, flaxseed oil is approved by most nutritionists as an excellent weight loss aid.

Among all vegetable oils, flaxseed is considered the most useful. It contains many macro- and microelements, vitamins K, A, E, B, F, lignin, saturated acids omega-3, omega-6, as well as omega-9.

How to apply

If you decide to use flaxseed oil for weight loss, then take it 15 minutes before breakfast and 15 minutes before bed, a tablespoon at a time. The oil does not have to be drunk in its pure form; it can be added to smoothies, kefir, yogurt, cottage cheese or juice. This way you will not taste the oil and it will not spoil the drink.

Linseed oil should be taken in this way for 2-2,5 months, while you can not change your usual diet – the weight will decrease only due to the properties of the oil. Of course, it will not be superfluous to exclude flour and fatty foods.

Flaxseed oil works as a weight loss aid thanks to the saturated fatty acids it contains. Omega-3s accelerate the body’s metabolism and stimulate weight loss.

Contraindications

Flaxseed oil is forbidden to take for a number of diseases – kidney problems, pancreatitis, ovarian inflammation. Also, the properties of flaxseed oil are diminished if you are taking hormones, contraceptives, and antibiotics.

An alternative to flaxseed oil is flaxseed, which can be added not only to cocktails, but also to salads or other dishes.
