There is no need to quarrel over trifles. Tomorrow it won’t matter who was the last one to wipe the table or clean it up.

Firstly, nerves spoil, and on a trifle, secondly, time and emotions are wasted, and thirdly, relationships deteriorate, which simply cannot withstand constant petty quarrels, no matter how big the feelings. The little things are important, but not to a high degree, and it is always worth remembering that.

You need to listen to yourself and your inner voice. Sometimes an inner voice repeats absolutely strange decisions. But more often than not, he turns out to be right. It is intuition that helps us make the most difficult decisions.

Friends

Friends appear and disappear. There is no need to be sad, they say, at school or university there was such a strong friendship with someone, but now it is not. This is absolutely normal, as people do not stand still. Each of us changes, changes the way of life, worldview, habits. And so it happens with everyone.

The main thing is to preserve past memories and leave in yourself respect for the person with whom it was once very good. And in general, there are never many friends, and true friends have always been in short supply.

Health

And the last thing. It is worth thinking about diseases before they appear. Many diseases: diabetes, obesity, heart problems and others, appear for a reason, but as a result of an improper lifestyle.

While we are young, it seems to us that health is an unlimited resource, but it should be understood that this is not at all the case. The way a person treats himself returns to him in his state of health.
