Fresh champignons and oyster mushrooms are sold in stores all year round and are not expensive. They contain protein, vitamins D and B, phosphorus. Porcini mushrooms are rich in iodine and iron, they can also always be found in the market and in supermarkets. In frozen and dried form, this product retains all its useful properties.
