About the new interior of the TV presenter’s house – exclusively for Woman’s Day.
Lena Letuchaya has a hot time now: she left Revizorro for a new project, Stroynyashki. The role change is going on nervously, accompanied by increased interest in the press, fan tantrums and scandals associated with the new presenter Olga Romanovskaya. And all this against the background of preparations for the wedding, which will take place this summer. Lena, we recall, is marrying businessman Yuri Anashenkov.
The TV presenter is all in wedding chores: she has already chosen an outfit, it’s up to the restaurant. But that’s not all. Flying wants to have time to finish repairs in the house for the celebration! Feels like she has six arms, honestly. Well at least she entrusted the interior to the designer Maxim Dureev. He told Woman’s Day how he arranged the family nest.
– Lena’s house outside the city, – the architect Maxim Dureev shared with Woman’s Day. – All finishes are in black and white. Furniture, interior items are randomly selected without any style. A bit of IKEA, Zara Home, a Provence bed in general, that is, sheer eclecticism. There are no places for storing things, although there are a lot of shoes, clothes, but everything is practically on the floor. There are no mirrors at all. As if they moved into the house just yesterday and did not have time to arrange things.
The house is large, two-storey. There are many rooms: hall, living room, dressing room, guest room, study, hammam, bathroom. It was not my task to change the space, it remained the same. Elena was not going to change neither the electrician, nor the communications, nor the finishing materials. She wanted to get the best result at the lowest cost.

Elena and Yura now live in the house and do not want to start repairs in all the rooms at once, so as not to dilute the dirt. Therefore, we do everything gradually. The house should become more comfortable, we have to rid it of asceticism.
Our acquaintance with her is a whole story. I am a beginner architect, two years ago I moved from Novosibirsk to Moscow, but I am confident in my abilities, I had serious clients, I did projects in Saint-Tropez for leading Russian businessmen. I decided to work in Moscow with the stars, this is a reliable word of mouth, and I’m interested in promotion.
When we met, Elena at first reacted to me with distrust, and I understand her perfectly – trust must be earned. As it turned out, before me she tried to work with many designers, but the result did not suit her. We agreed that I would develop a decorating project, and she would decide whether she was interested in continuing to work with me or not.
Lightness and comfort – that’s what the designer wanted from the bedroom
Lena immediately said that she understands little about design – suggest it. As a psychologist, I needed to understand what her ideas about a cozy interior were. From the conversations, I realized that she likes lightness, not being overloaded with unnecessary details, a certain sophistication, but classics and minimalism are not at all to her liking. He asked me to send me wishes for each room by mail. One of them sounded like this: “The office – everything is like in the office. I want a four-poster bed in the bedroom. ” She later showed me a photograph of such a colonial-style bed. Perhaps that was all, the rest I had to guess.
But when he presented the project to her, Lena approved everything at once. The changes were minimal. Now the house will have a lot of mirrors, large storage cabinets. The kitchen has not changed. The sofa in the living room also remains the same. The sketch of the living room is my initial idea. But Elena refused tables, and the fireplace will look somewhat different. In the living room, in fact, little has changed from its original appearance. Only pillows and curtains were added. Elena wanted light air curtains.

It’s nice to work with Lena, all the clients would be like that, she is a very easy-going person. But she has a critical time pressure. Decisions are made quickly. Sometimes he doesn’t even answer phone calls or literally say a few words. Nevertheless, she tries to take an active part in everything, I even introduce her to the guys who will make furniture, we choose lamps. I hope I am satisfied with the final version.
