Psychological training today is the most lively and effective way of personal development. Of course, initially people come to trainings with other tasks: at personal trainings they want to understand themselves, learn something new and useful, for some people they just want to expand their social circle. They get all this, but if the coach is talented, the training participants get more: a vision of development prospects, a rich toolkit, faith in their own strength and a sense of the joy of life.

Successful leaders of psychological training eventually become interested in the work of a business coach: it is considered more prestigious and usually better paid.

How is the profession of «psychologist» related to the work of a business coach? — In the most direct way. At least half of the trainings claimed to be business trainings are personal trainings aimed at working with the personality of the manager or employees.

The most common trainings conducted by psychologists in the business sphere are sales psychology trainings. Over time, trainings on team building, time management, stress management, psychology of leadership and leadership are added here.

To conduct such trainings, the facilitator must have the relevant experience and fit personally: successfully master all these skills himself. For a novice presenter, trainings for trainers are a serious help, which allow them to understand how to work with a group, how to correctly prescribe a training program, and answer the main questions that concern most trainers. As the leader of psychological trainings, the trainer works most often in three ways.

The first option is to be an internal trainer in an organization (company), conducting trainings for employees of this organization. Most often, this is the work of a business coach, but in some companies (for example, large network companies) this is personal training aimed at developing communication skills, leadership skills, and the ability to work with people.

The second option is to become a trainer cooperating with one or another training center. Then the managers of the training center will organize the advertising of trainings and will take care of all organizational issues (organization of the premises, collection of money, payment of taxes).
