Cut the lavash into squares, lay out the filling, sprinkle with cheese and roll. Put the future pies on a baking sheet lined with parchment and send to a preheated oven to 180 degrees for five minutes. During this time, the cheese will melt, and the pita bread will brown and it will turn out delicious and appetizing.

To prepare the filling, the first step is to boil the potatoes until tender. Young potatoes are cooked quickly, about 15-20 minutes after boiling. Then mash the finished potatoes in mashed potatoes with the addition of milk. Of course, the water in which it was cooked must be drained. While the puree is cooling down, you can do mushrooms: they need to be cut into thin plates and stewed in a pan with the addition of oil and black pepper. This also does not take much time. You don’t need to fry the mushrooms too much. Combine mushrooms with potatoes and add some curry. This spice goes well with potatoes, making the filling brighter and more flavorful. Cut the lavash into small squares, put the filling in the center of each and roll it up like a cabbage roll or an envelope. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes at 180 degrees.
