How to cook a dish “Kharcho»

Leave the lamb to cook for 2 hours, so that it is boiled and jumps off the bone.

Fry the onion in a small amount of lamb broth until golden brown, put the finely chopped tomato on top, sprinkle with h / l hops-suneli and salt. Leave to evaporate into the tomato paste for half an hour. After 20 minutes, add all the chili, rub the carrots and leave again for 10 minutes.

Mix everything with the broth, when the lamb is ready, pour in the well-washed rice.

When the rice is cooked, look at the consistency – if it is thick, then you do not need potatoes, if it is liquid enough, add potatoes.

Be sure to add celery, garlic and salt and a little more hop-suneli to taste.
