Seasonal allergy: on the rise

The number of cases of seasonal allergies has increased dramatically over the past 20 years. Whereas in 1968, they concerned only 3% of the French population, today almost1 in 5 French people are affected, especially young people and children. In Canada, 1 in 4 people suffer from it.

Rhinitis, conjunctivitis, allergy can take many faces and have several causes including pollution and climate change (increase in temperature and humidity) having the effect of increasing the concentration of pollen in the air that we breathe.
