Ingredients Instant Coffee Mousse

water 500.0 (gram)
sugar 0.5 (grain glass)
instant coffee 2.0 (table spoon)
edible gelatin 15.0 (gram)
condensed milk with sugar 4.0 (table spoon)
chicken yolk 2.0 (piece)
vanillin 0.2 (teaspoon)
Method of preparation

Stir coffee with sugar, yolks, pour boiling water, add vanillin, swollen in water and diluted gelatin. Beat the mixture until stiff. Serve with cream.
