What to do if the pasta is too salted, how to quickly fix the situation?

How to cook pasta correctly?

The dish is easy and quick to prepare. Depending on the type of pasta, the entire cooking process takes from 7 to 15 minutes. First you need to boil the water. The volume of the liquid should be three times the number of products so that they do not stick together. Pour pasta into boiling salted water. Salt is taken at the rate of 10 g per 1 liter of liquid. Before placing the products in the pan, it is advisable to taste the water to avoid oversalted pasta. You need to cook until tender, stirring constantly. Too salty water must be poured out immediately without placing the products in it, and a new one must be boiled.

After removing from heat, let the pasta stand for another 2 minutes. Pour all contents into a colander and rinse well with running water. Transfer the pasta back to the pot and top with the gravy, butter, or sunflower oil. If this is not done, everything will stick together and take on an ugly look.

  • You can remedy the situation by preparing an unsalted dressing, such as minced meat or sauce.
