  • Infusion of parsley leaves. Half a glass of fresh herbs should be placed in a thermos and pour 0,5 liters of boiling water. You need to withstand the infusion for 2 hours, after which you should strain and take half a glass 3 times a day.

  • Rowan syrup. To prepare it, you need to take fresh berries, rinse them thoroughly, grind them in a blender and squeeze out the juice. When its volume reaches 1 liter, you need to add 2 cups of sugar to it. Then the resulting mixture is put on a slow fire and boiled until it thickens. Take 2 teaspoons of syrup daily with water.
