In a glass refractory dish, heat 1 glass of water, add 3 – 4 allspice peas, 5 – 6 cloves cloves, 2 – 3 tsp. nutmeg, 1 tsp. cardamom and 1 cinnamon stick. Boil vigorously for 5 minutes, then reduce heat and pour in 1 bottle of red semi-dry wine. Pour in 3 tbsp. l. sugar and stir. Add the chopped orange and 3 lemon wedges. Continue to heat the mixture to 70 ° C or more. Then remove from heat and let it brew for a few minutes. Add a spoonful of honey, stir and pour into glasses.
