How to properly care for your hair

Hair problems can arise for various reasons: stress, hormonal disruptions, imbalances in minerals and vitamins, poor ecology, or heredity.

Some of these factors are difficult to influence, but some are quite realistic.

The hair primarily reflects the state of your health, if you know the secrets of beauty and health, of course your hair will be beautiful, but if it is not, then I will tell you how to properly care for your hair. Treating hair only with external agents is not entirely true. Of course, the reason may lie in poor scalp care, but this is the simplest problem, and it is easy to solve it by using the right shampoos, which rinse the skin first, not the hair. (Personally, I periodically use this shampoo: it cleanses the scalp very well. In Russia it is sold on the Internet and not only :)))).

If your body lacks nutrients, then this immediately affects the health of your hair, and no shampoos, ampoules and masks will help here.

Amino acids and minerals such as sulfur, copper and silicon are important for maintaining volume, good texture and color. Premature gray hair is the cause of a lack of vitamin B, sulfur and silicon minerals, or a lack of crude fatty acids.

It is important to understand that the effect of consuming all these vitamins and minerals will only be apparent in a cleansed, toxin-free, healthy body. So simply drinking vitamins while continuing to eat unhealthy foods like sausage, industrially produced yoghurts and pizza won’t help either. It is necessary to cleanse and nourish the entire body so that the circulatory and lymphatic systems, in turn, nourish the hair and scalp.

Of the foods that are good for hair health, nutritionists recommend, for example:

1. Pumpkin seeds. They are rich in zinc, sulfur, vitamins A, B, C, E and K. They are also a good source of protein and minerals such as calcium, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur and iron.

2. Carrots. It contains a lot of vitamin A, which moisturizes the hair and gives it shine, and also has a beneficial effect on the health of the scalp. Carrots also contain calcium, iron, fiber, potassium, B vitamins, vitamins C and K.

3. Radish. It is rich in vitamin C, silicon and sulfur. And radish also fights mucus that is formed in our intestinal tract due to the consumption of toxic and difficult to digest foods, such as dairy products, sugar, etc. So radish clears the way for beneficial substances that are more easily absorbed through the clean walls of the intestine.

When it comes to external treatments, I choose natural shampoos and natural masks, such as coconut oil.

Thanks to its structure, coconut oil prevents the washout of the protein that is the main constituent of the hair (almost 97%), as a result of which it splits less and becomes noticeably healthier and more beautiful.

It is very easy to use coconut oil as a mask. Before washing, apply oil to dry hair along its entire length, wrap with a towel. Leave it for any time (the longer it works, the better, probably, but I don’t have more than 30 minutes for such procedures). Then rinse thoroughly.

Coconut oil mask makes hair more manageable, shiny. In addition, the hair after it ceases to electrify, which is very annoying in the cold season.

If you know how to properly care for your hair, please share!

In one popular nutritionist, I found the following idea: hair is not a vital organ for a person, therefore, as soon as there is a deficiency of nutrients, it is the hair that is the first to lose them completely, because a wise body directs the vitamins at its disposal to vital organs.

Deteriorating hair condition can be an indicator of problems that are not too late to solve, you just need to know how to properly care for your hair.
